My workshops and individual sessions are dedicated to the exploration of the voice on every level. I'm not just talking about the amazing mechanism housed in our throats... I'm also talking about our unique vibratory voices that we use every moment of every day to communicate with the universe.  Both our physical voices and vibratory voices work in tandem to bring to us our mirror... our outer world.  Everything you are experiencing right now is a reflection of your communication out into the universe. 

In my classes, your mission -  should you choose to accept it - will be to learn:

1.  The Breath - a breathing technique that supports the voice and benefits the entire body.
2.  The Sweet Spot - A technique called "Breathing Up" for exquisite tone placement.
3.  Muscle Function - Which muscles belong in singing/speaking and which ones don't?
4.  Abdominal Muscle Function - Which muscles are used to control the air and thus control the voice.
5.  TONS of life-giving, mind boggling, frenzy whipping, laughter emitting and stretch the comfort zone Exercises!!

And this is just the tip of the ice berg, AND we will have a great time doing it!

About Barbara Stephan: As a highly sought after vocalist in the Milwaukee, Chicago and regional areas, Barbara Stephan is a master at writing and singing catchy, memorable contemporarily groovy tunes with a polished, powerful sound.
