If you visit this website, attend classes or webinars online or in person, or subscribe to this website, you accept and agree to be fully responsible for your experience and to be bound by these terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Raydiant Pathways are intended for Awakening and Inner-Alignment purposes. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any illness. Raydiant Pathways have not been reviewed or tested by the American Medical Association. You agree to assume 100% responsibility for your experience and results using Raydiant Pathways.

TRADEMARKS
RAYDIANT DAY trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not RAYDIANT DAY's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Raydiant Day. All other trademarks not owned by RAYDIANT DAY that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by RAYDIANT DAY.

WEBINARS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT
When you visit RAYDIANT DAY or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Visitors and members may submit, via email or through webinars, suggestions, ideas, photos, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead RAYDIANT DAY as to the origins of your identity or other content you have submitted.

If you do submit suggestions, ideas, photos, or comments, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant RAYDIANT DAY a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content. You grant RAYDIANT DAY and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you submit: that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify RAYDIANT DAY or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply. PRIVACY
At RAYDIANT DAY we understand the power of exploring one's experiences and truth, as well as the importance of keeping that information confidential. Any private personal information you share with Peter or Aliess Kime or anyone employed at Raydiant Day will remain private.

Furthermore, we will not disclose your identity, email, address, or information to any third party without your permission, except to facilitate a financial transaction you have with Raydiant Day or as legally required.

While we ask that all webinar, class, and live event participants respect the privacy and confidentiality of others, participants should know that we cannot guarantee that other participants will honor this request. Therefore, you should consider anything you say in a webinar, class, or live event to be public speech.

SITE SECURITY: PURCHASES
RAYDIANT DAY processes your purchases through Authorize.Net which provides Address Verification Service (AVS), Card Code Verification (CCV), and Password-Required Mode, a required security setting for merchants who submit transaction via AIM, SIM, or exclusively via Virtual Terminal or Batch Upload. We thoroughly review and adhere to PCI requirements. Our SSL Certificate was issued by Comodo through our web-host.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. RAYDIANT DAY reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

MANUAL RENEWAL
If you chose Manual Renewal when you subscribed, you will receive a reminder notifying you of your expiration date via email.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If you chose Auto Renewal, your Subscription will continue for the length of the initial term you select ("Subscription Term") and will automatically renew at the end of the Subscription Term unless you choose to cancel prior to that renewal. Such renewal will be affected at the initial term selected. Your account will automatically be charged at the rates in effect at the time of renewal.

To cancel your automatic renewal, log into RAYDIANT DAY, click on My Plan, click on Cancel Membership under My Membership. For annual subscriptions, we will notify you of the pending renewal of your subscription at least 30 days prior to the date your subscription renews, except as otherwise required by law. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card.

SERVICE CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Your Subcription begins the day of purchase. At any time for any reason, you may request cancellation of your Subscription by contacting us through our contact page. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current monthly term (a 30 day period) of your Subscription. There are no partial-month refunds. All active months, including the term month of cancellation, will be calculated and charged at the non-discounted monthly rate for the chosen membership level(s). The remaining balance of your paid Subscription will be refunded to you within 60 days.

We reserve the right to cancel your Subscription at any time if you fail to pay amounts owing to RAYDIANT DAY when due, or violate or breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Use: if your Subscription is cancelled by RAYDIANT DAY, you will still be responsible for payment of all outstanding balances accrued through the entire Subscription term.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Raydiant Day may use automated procedures and other means to detect violations of these Terms and Conditions of Use, and may immediately disable and/or terminate offending membership accounts and/or users.

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from RAYDIANT DAY are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RAYDIANT DIRECTORY
All individuals and businesses, their products and services, listed in the RAYDIANT DIRECTORY are separate business entities from RAYDIANT DAY. The description and delivery of listed products and services are the sole responsibility of the listing owner. RAYDIANT DAY shall be held harmless and assumes no legal liability for products and services listed in the directory.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
You agree to pay the subscription fees and any other charges incurred in connection with your user name and password for a Service (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If your subscription includes access to areas containing premium content or services, your access to such areas may be subject to additional fees, terms and conditions, which will be separately disclosed in such areas. We will bill all charges automatically to your credit card. Subscription fees will be billed at the beginning of your subscription or any renewal. Unless we state in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable.

If you want to use a different credit card or there is a change in credit card validity or expiration date, or if you believe someone has accessed a Service using your user name and password without your authorization, contact us using the Contact Form. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access a Service through an Internet access provider or other third-party service. Our fees and other charges are subject to change without notice.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting or participating in any RAYDIANT DAY program or service, you agree that the laws of the state of Illinois, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and RAYDIANT DAY or its associates.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. These policies also govern your visit to RAYDIANT DAY. At such time that the RAYDIANT STORE is launched, please review our Shipping and Returns policy, posted on this site.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY RAYDIANT DAY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. RAYDIANT DAY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE.
