My small private massage practice is dedicated to promoting women's health through body work. I offer massage therapy for general relaxation and relief of aches and pains, as well as prenatal, labor, and postpartum massage for new moms.  

As a certified educator of infant massage, I teach parents how to massage their babies. You take the 5-session course, and can use the techniques forever.

I am also a Reiki Master Teacher and can perform Reiki treatments, or instruct students who wish to become practitioners themselves.

As a birth doula, I provide labor support and massage services to mothers birthing anywhere within Chicago and the north suburbs.

I offer a variety of postpartum services such as placenta preparation services including encapsulation, tinctures, dreamcatchers, and prints for new moms. I can also instruct women in the art of Bengkung belly binding. In addition to postpartum services, I also make a variety of products to aid in the postpartum healing process such as sitz herb bundles, perineal sprays, and teething/nursing necklaces.
